How long does it take to create a custom piece of jewelry?
As a general guideline, creating a custom piece of jewelry can take anywhere from 2 weeks to a month varying on design complexity, stone selection, client input/revisions and size of project.
It is crucial to share your timeline with our team so we may plan accordingly. If there is a specific date which your custom design is needed, we promise to do our best to accommodate and deliver.
How do I prepare for my consultation?
Compile your style preferences and inspirations using images or Pinterest mood boards and establish a budget.
Can I see a design before it's created?
Yes! We will present a digital rendering of the agreed design to you and ensure you have a clear understanding of what the final piece will look like during a virtual meeting.
If there are aspects of the design you would like to alter, you will have up to 2 complimentary revisions included in this process. After that, charges may incur.
Once the design is to your liking and signed off on, we will begin the production process in which there will be no more modification requests accepted.
Can I make changes to a design after it has been started?

Absolutely! We welcome existing or sentimental materials to incorporate into a new custom design. Repurposing and integrating old materials can create a truly unique piece that will tell a meaningful story.
